The attack happened late Wednesday night, Feb. 21, at Ryncavage’s Nanticoke office, which shares walls with a family-owned pharmacy and a physical therapy office, he said in a statement.
The suspect ignited and threw two incendiary devices toward the building, but no one was injured, officials said.
“This is concerning for my constituents, my staff, and the community,” Ryncavage wrote. “Sadly, someone wanted to light it all on fire.”
Nanticoke police and Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the attack with assistance from Luzerne County District Attorney Sam Sanguedolce. Anyone with information is asked to contact Nanticoke police at 570-735-2200.
